I am a certified coach working in accordance with the Erickson Coaching International methodology and the standards of the International Coaching Federation.

I completed the highest level of education – ICF Accredited Coaching Mastery Program and passed the PCC level exam.

I am accredited by the International Coach Federation at the ACC level and hold the Erickson Certified Professional Coach ECPC.

I work as a coach using a solution-focused method.

At the same time, I work as a mentor, drawing on rich and diverse knowledge from education and over 25 years of experience as a director, member of the management board, vice-president and various industries and environments – local and international.

I also offer unique support: Business CoachSulting Program™ – an original method combining consulting, mentoring and coaching. This is a method that builds new strength for people in management or on the way to this role.

I combine the support of a coach and a mentor, in a blended method, wherever it is needed.
